Sunday saw one of the most inspiring events I’ve ever visited in Abington Park. The Rockin Roadrunner festival was a truly inclusive affair. It showcased organisations that support people with disabilities.
Some of them are longstanding favourites of mine. Workbridge, Olympus, Motor Neurone Disease Association. Cube was there with a lively stall featuring students from their performing arts programmes, Spectrum, the Hope Centre, Dogs for Disability. And there were very many others.
Congratulations to Rockin Roadrnnner for a fantastic event that demonstrated that inclusion benefits everyone. Below are some pictures of the day.
